Any product with a quality defect can be returned for refund or exchange; it is sufficient to contact the customer service info@lechienblanc.com within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the article. Le Chien Blanc will be responsible for all delivery charges incurred.

No item returned without contacting us beforehand will be exchanged.
Any article that has been used can not be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by their labels and documentation.
During the warranty period of your item, Le Chien Blanc warrants products for manufacturing defects or materials. If damage is noticed and reported to customer service during the covered period, we can offer you an exchange, a product repair service, or send you spare parts.
* Please note that breakage caused by a dog (Chewing), incident, cutting object or piercing our products, normal wear and tear or improper use of our products are not covered.
* Any modification of our equipment voids the warranty.
