Return and exchange policy

Any product showing a quality defect can be returned for refund or exchange; all you have to do is contact customer serviceinfo@lechienblanc.com within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the item. Le Chien Blanc will be responsible for all delivery costs incurred.

Products showing no quality defect can be returned for refund or exchange *; all you have to do is contact customer service info@lechienblanc.com within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the item. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

No item returned without first contacting us will not be exchanged.

Any item that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by their labels and documentation.

During the warranty period of your item, Le Chien Blanc warrants the products against defects in workmanship or materials. If damage is found and reported to customer service during this period, we can offer you an exchange, a repair service for the product, or send you spare parts.

*Please note that breakage caused by a dog (biting), or an incident, a sharp object or that pierces our products, normal wear and tear or improper use of our products are not covered.

*Any modification to our equipment voids the warranty.

If a defect is found and a complaint is received by customer service during the warranty period, we may offer you an exchange, repair service, or new replacement items. Be sure to read the warranty period chart for more details (if needed).
