If you wish to return a product for a refund, the request must be made by contacting customer service at mailto: info@lechienblanc.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs ($12.95 + tax across Canada) are the responsibility of the customer. Once the package is received and the refund is approved, please allow 3 to 7 business days to receive your refund. This will be processed to your original payment method. All shipping and delivery fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

No item returned without prior contact will be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, and with their tags. Any item that has been used or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products are carefully inspected upon receipt, and LE CHIEN BLANC reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions mentioned above (broken item, worn, washed, or stained). Such items will be returned to you at your expense.

We only process returns for orders made on our online store. If your purchase was made at one of our retail locations, please proceed directly with them.

All items purchased on sale marked "FINAL SALE" and custom-made items are final sales. No returns or exchanges are possible. All promotions offered on the online store cannot be combined with other promotions.

We do not offer price adjustments on products purchased previously. Sales and promotions do not apply to purchases made the day before or a few days before a promotion.

Les produits LE CHIEN BLANC sont couverts par une garantie contre les défauts de fabrication pour une durée de 90 jours. Pendant cette période de garantie, si un défaut/problème est constaté, veuillez nous contacter au mailto: info@lechienblanc.com et nous fournir les informations sur la nature du défaut, une photo et une explication du contexte dans lequel le bris est survenu.

LE CHIEN BLANC ne garantit pas les bris causés par un chien (mordillement), par un incident (déchirure ou coupure avec un objet contondant), par un mauvais entretien ou une utilisation inadéquate du produit, par l’usure normale ou la désintégration naturelle des couleurs et des matériaux au fil du temps. Toute modification de nos équipements annule la garantie.

Pour tout article défectueux, présentant un défaut de fabrication couvert par la garantie, LE CHIEN BLANC s’engage, selon le type de bris, à vous offrir un service de réparation ou à vous envoyer une pièce de rechange ou à échanger l’article défectueux, sans frais supplémentaires pour le client.

Tout produit retourné sans nous avoir contacté au préalable sera automatiquement renvoyé au client à sa charge.

Si votre achat a été effectué dans l’un de nos points de vente, les mêmes conditions de garantie s’appliquent, toutefois, vous devrez avoir en mains votre preuve d’achat et procéder directement avec celui-ci.

Cette garantie est seulement disponible au Canada et aux États-Unis.

If you have an issue with an item that is no longer covered by the warranty, please know that we offer out-of-warranty repair services and low-cost replacement parts. Whenever possible, we will repair or replace the parts of a damaged item. The costs for this service are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times within Quebec are 1 to 3 business days and may take up to 7 business days for orders delivered outside of Quebec. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be automatically sent to you.

For deliveries outside Canada, delivery times may vary from 5 to 10 business days, but cannot be guaranteed by LE CHIEN BLANC. Taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
