LE CHIEN BLANC is a company from Quebec founded in 2017 that is already leaving its mark in the industry thanks to its bold, timeless and highly functional products. LE CHIEN BLANC manufactures and distributes its products in nearly 300 points of sale across Quebec and Canada.
From its beginning, LE CHIEN BLANC has made it its mission to encourage people to move, play outside and integrate their dog into all their daily activities by offering them a wide range of aesthetic and practical products. LE CHIEN BLANC is all about making humans and dogs happier TOGETHER.
PRODUCTS
It is outside, over the seasons, during daily walks and many adventures that all LE CHIEN BLANC products are designed. However, it is in a workshop located in St-Lambert de Lauzon that these ideas materialize, that product design and much of the manufacturing takes place.
The guideline is clear for the company: no frills, no unnecessary components, the product must be useful, functional and as durable as possible. The details all have their uses and answer a specific need. At LE CHIEN BLANC, developing a product is a long process. Indeed, the article that ends up in your hands has been thought out for a long time, tested in many situations and improved many times.

In recent years, LE CHIEN BLANC has begun a transition to bring its production to be mainly manufactured here in Quebec. The company is proud to say that the majority of their products are made here. For the sake of transparency, LE CHIEN BLANC clearly indicates on the labels of its products and on its online store the origin of the products that are manufactured outside (United States or China).
LE CHIEN BLANC deeply believes in mutual aid. The main mission of LE CHIEN BLANC is to make dogs and humans happier together, but to achieve this, we must first ensure that their basic needs are met. This is the reason why, each year, the company chooses to make donations to organizations that concretely help both dogs and humans.

RETURN

If you want to return a product to us for a refund, the request must be made by contacting customer service at info@lechienblanc.com no later than 14 days after receipt of your order.
Return shipping costs ($12.95+tax anywhere in Canada) are the responsibility of the customer. Once package is received and refund accepted, please allow 3-7 business days for refund. The refund will be carried out on your initial method of payment.
No item returned without first contacting us will be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging and with their labels. Any item that has been used or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
The products are carefully inspected upon receipt and LE CHIEN BLANC reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not comply with the conditions mentioned above (broken item, having been worn, washed or stained), it will be returned at your expense to you.
We only process returns of orders placed on our online store. If your purchase was made at one of our points of sale, please proceed directly with them.
All items purchased on sale marked “FINAL SALE” and custom-made items are final sale. There is no return or exchange possible. All promotions offered on the online store cannot be combined with other promotions.
We do not offer price adjustments on any previously purchased products. Sales and promotions do not apply to purchases made the day before or a few days before a promotion.
GUARANTEE/WARRANTY

LE CHIEN BLANC products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year. During this warranty period, if a defect/problem is found, please contact us at info@lechienblanc.com and provide us with information on the nature of the defect, a photo and an explanation of the context in which the breakage occurred.
LE CHIEN BLANC does not guarantee breakage caused by a dog (biting), by an incident (tear or cut with a blunt object), by poor maintenance or improper use of the product, by normal wear or the natural disintegration of colors and materials over time. Any modification of our equipment voids the warranty.
For any defective item, presenting a manufacturing defect covered by the guarantee, LE CHIEN BLANC undertakes, depending on the type of breakage, to offer you a repair service or to send you a spare part or to exchange the defective item, at no additional cost to the customer.
Any product returned without first contacting us will automatically be returned to the customer at their expense.
If your purchase was made at one of our points of sale, the same warranty conditions apply, however, you must have your proof of purchase in hand and proceed directly with it.
This warranty is only available in Canada and the United States.
OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICE AND ADDITIONS

If you have a problem with an item that is no longer covered by warranty, know that we offer you an out-of-warranty repair service and low-cost spare parts. Whenever possible, we repair or replace parts of a damaged item. The costs for this service are covered by the customer.

DELIVERY COSTS AND DELAY
Delivery times within Quebec are 1 to 3 business days and can go up to 7 business days for orders delivered outside Quebec. When your order is posted, a confirmation email with tracking number is automatically emailed to you.
For deliveries outside of Canada, delivery times may vary from 5 to 10 working days, but cannot be guaranteed by LE CHIEN BLANC. Taxes and customs fees may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada for all orders of $100 or more, before taxes and after applicable discounts.
